Licensed use and restrictions.

If you terminate your license, you agree to cease all use of the Software, its components, and any information owned by third parties. All rights to information from third parties, any software owned by third parties and any third party data servers, including all proprietary rights, are reserved and remain with the respective third parties. Your rights.

You may terminate the License Agreement by ceasing to use all or any portion of the Software and destroying all your copies of the applicable Software. Sell, rent, loan, distribute, transfer or sub-license the Software or access to it, or profit from the use or grant of the Password for any direct commercial, monetary or other benefit, without prior written express consent of "Paritet lift" LLC. Promo and Free versions.
You may use the software during a trial period for the duration specified in the product. To renew your use of the Software, you must purchase a license during or after the specified trial period. "Paritet lift" LLC may, at its sole discretion and free of charge, add a certain set of functions to the Software (“Free Version”). The list of functions available in the Free version of the program is presented on the website of "Paritet lift" LLC.
Paying for a license.
There are no additional fees for using the license other than the published subscription fee or the cost of acquiring the license and updates associated with the use of the version of the software you legally purchased. "Paritet lift" LLC reserves the right to charge fees for subsequent use of or access to the Software, as well as for the services and use of "Paritet lift" LLC web pages (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") at the discretion of "Paritet lift" LLC. If "Paritet lift" LLC decides to charge a fee for the Services, you will be notified of such fee prior to the entry into force of this decision. Regulating legislation.
This License Agreement and the relationship between you and "Paritet lift" LLC is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its collective law. You and "Paritet lift" LLC agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Russian Federation. If you are a citizen of any European Union country or Switzerland, Norway or Iceland, the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence. Specifically excluded from application to this Agreement is that law known as the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
